100% British Bluefaced Leicester wool. Accredited as 100% British wool, by British Wool. Natural, tactile and opulent. Look out for your McIntosh sew-on label that will be tucked away in every skein. Each skein is individually hand-dyed to create a "visual texture" of darker and lighter tones when knit. British Bluefaced Leicester has a longer fibre length than other yarns, resulting in stunning stitch definition. Due to the nature of hand-dying, each skein is variegated in colour, some areas darker than others, this is intentional and makes every McIntosh skein individual and is as unique as you are.
