To commemorate the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III, Sirdar has commissioned a Coronation Keepsake Blanket Crochet Along from madebyanita.
Celebrating aspects of King Charles’ life and the regalia of the coronation, over six weeks, you'll progress from simple granny squares through colours, stitches and techniques representing Charles the Military Man, Charles The Conservationist and Charles the Artist, and crochet beautiful panels representing the Crown Jewels and Coronation Robe.
The Crochet Along starts on 1 March. To join in, you’ll need 13 balls of Hayfield Bonus DK plus a 4mm and 3.5mm crochet hook. You'll also need to sign-up at Sirdar.com to receive each week's free pattern and video tutorial.
